Workout Plans
Efficiency is what we will be aiming at. We start with core and end at the core, it’s all about the core. This ensures there are no energy leaks throughout the workout and also makes sure that every exercise we spend our energy on with all our heart is worth the sweat/beat.
We will be anchoring at FAT adaptation to burn fat as fuel and MUSCLE adaptation to store/improve muscle tissue and focus on BODY RECOMPOSITION.

REPOSE
A combination of R1+R2+R3+R4 programs that make you strong at lifting weights you never thought you could lift—a 5-week program, 4 times a week.

CYCLE SYNC WORKOUT
A program for women that flows and is in sync with their period phases (period, follicular, ovulation, luteal). Our goal here is to get to know the body and each stage better, so we LISTEN to our BODY and not burn out hormones.

ARMOUR!
Targets the arms and tones them, a quick short add-on for CYCLE SYNC.

SQUEEZE
A complete resistance band workout at home or anywhere that makes you feel like you're at the gym. As having resistance bands is equivalent to having access to a mini gym.

SQUEEZE 2.0
A sequel to a complete resistance band workout at home or anywhere that makes you feel like you're at the gym. As having resistance bands is equivalent to having access to a mini gym.

T-REX 1
A trx band workout that works up core and calories together. Improves stability and also turns the switch on for all the muscles in the body.

T-REX 2
A sequel to the core and calorie burning T-REX 1. This burns fat which is hidden as a stubborn fossil fuel in the body ready to be used.

LEAN MACHINE
A program that does justice to the title! Keeps both BODY & BRAIN active throughout the workout.

STRETCH!
A workout is one side of the coin, STRETCH another—a toss for recovery.

ROLLER!
A foam rolling routine that gives a good push/flow to the lymphatic system that aids SUPER RECOVERY!
